As many of you know I lecture extensively on gardening. One of my favorite fellow lecturers is Kerry Ann Mendez of Perennially Yours. You may have even heard her speak on the “Right-Sized Flower Garden”.” Kerry is a knowledgeable and entertaining speaker who is able to convey lots of information in a fun and informative way.

WEBINARS FOR EXCEPTIONAL PLANTS AND GARDEN DESIGN TIPS

Kerry Ann Mendez will be presenting her first Perennially Yours national webinar:

Radical Perennials:
Nonstop Color! No Fuss!
Environmentally Responsible!

This webinar will be showcasing outstanding perennials that provide striking color through flowers and/or leaves month after month. And, these head-turners are low-maintenance and low input, meaning they don’t require excessive water, fertilizer or pampering. These ‘do-gooders’ not only get an “A” from us for their fabulous performance, but also thankful nods of approval from happy pollinators and other treasured wildlife. Plants range in hardiness from Zones 3 to 8.

The Webinar includes detailed lecture notes that attendees will receive in advance to complement the presentation. Plus participants will have the opportunity to send in questions during the webinar. Depending on the number of questions, these will be answered either at the end of the presentation or emailed to all participants afterwards with answers. (A form will be provided for horticultural continuing education credit, which may be considered by Master Gardeners’ associations for approval.)

You do not need to be present for the live webinar on October 27. All pre-registered participants will receive a download link for the lecture following the presentation, which can be viewed anytime. The Webinar will be available for laptops, tablets or cell phones. It can be viewed with any operating system: Windows, Android or Mac. This Webinar is ideal for members of garden clubs that could not schedule me for a live presentation
